byfirstlight's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I forgot to mention something positive I totally forgot to mention the highlight of my day today. Randy, one of the professors in my department, brought me a gift for Isabella this morning! He and his wife went shopping last night and picked out two really cute outfits. One is a purple sleeper from the John Lennon line that Carters sells, and the other is this cute little outfit that has striped pants. I can't describe it, but it's so adorable. And it was so nice of Randy and his wife to buy them. But I really like him. He's got three daughters, one of which is my age, so he tends to be a bit fatherly towards me anyway. So it wasn't a big surprise when he walked in this morning with the gift bag. Anyhoo, Isabella is going to wear the purple sleeper on Monday so I can bring her into the office and he can see her. Because so far, he's the only professor in the department who hasn't gotten a chance to see her yet.
