Isabella absolutely freaks any time I try to lay her down. She just HAS to be held all the time. I think that's part of the reason I have such a hard time getting her to sleep. I can understand her wanting to be held when she's not feeling good, but it's way beyond that. Even when shes feeling fine, she can be in the deepest sleep, and she'll still wake up if I try to put her in bed. Don't get me wrong. I love to hold her. If I had nothing else to do, I'd never put her down. Unfortunately, there's dinner to cook, laundry to wash, floors that need mopping, etc. It's damn near impossible to do these things while holding her. Especially since she only likes to be held certain ways. I've tried two different Snugglies AND a sling from Naturalbabies, and she hates them. HATES THEM. And she's so stubborn. She is not one of those babies who will cry herself to sleep, and I REFUSE to let her scream herself into hysterics, which is what she does if I don't give in and pick her up. Aah. It's extremely stressful. Especially today, because all she wants to do is fuss and cry. Partly because she doesn't feel the best, partly because she's cranky and WON'T sleep, and partly because she's always like this to some extent. All I know is that I need some suggestions on how to fix this. Because It;s hard on both of us.
